Visitor Services Coordinator - Visitor Services Coordinators are part of the Visitor Services Performance Team, and are responsible for interacting with all museum visitors in a manner ensuring that each visitor’s experience at KidsQuest is a positive and memorable one.
This is a support position responsible for primary floor interaction with museum visitors and for providing needed information to enhance the visitor experience and create an environment that is welcoming and sensitive to their needs.
These individuals utilize strong visitor service, performance and communication skills, multitasking ability, good judgment, patience and humor in order to assess and meet visitor needs. They work closely with the Museum Services Manger, Education and Exhibit Director, Community Connections Manager and administrative staff to address visitor service and satisfaction issues throughout the museum.
